New Recipe:
1 tea spoon of Mauri-Pan Yeast
1/4 tea spoon of Sodium biCarbonate
200ml of sugar dilluted in...
1.5litre of water
this is the minimum ammount of Yeast i've ever
tried. The whole pack of yeast was 11gm,
i think this time is a quater of the whole pack..
or maybe even less.
Mix the yeast and sodium bicarbonate dry.
Put into the 1.5litre bottle with sugar water in it,
Shake vigorously and walla..
eh?
no foam forming.
Not even the usual brownish color foam.
the color of the solution looks like its still see through.
(Not like the usual one i use to do,
foam building up in a matter of minutes
and the solution color looks somewhat
like 'teh-tarik')

0700 pipe in!! and (Excited!!)
...no gas movement (Sigh*)

0830 Still no gas movement.
Balik kampung..
1830 Came back from balik kampung,
the gas container was full. 1bps

19Sept'10
0800 Gas container still full. 1bps
2100 Gas COntainer still full. 0.5bps (Oh oh! reducing?)

20Sept'10
0645 GasContainer stil full. 0.5bps
i wonder can i reach 7 days?
2100 GasContainer stil full. 0.5bps
tis is actually base on 20bubble for 46 seconds..
now how much would that bring?

CO2 Log,

Recipe mix,
200ml sugar diluted in 700ml water.
(Water level is half a 1.5liter bottle)
11gm of yeast.
let it sit for 4 hours.
(Accidentally slept actually hahahaha... but this is necessary,
we need to let it foam a few hours before we connect the air line.
Or else u'll be cleaning a full tank of yeast smelling water hahah)

Pipe line connected. Lots of bubble.

0600
Foam increased to danger zone (3/4 bottle)
roll the bottle up to reduce foam to safe zone.

1200
Came back from work to send food to wife
at hospital, Daughter is admitted for falling off the
table. No cloud!! bubble was rapid! about 8 bubble per sec.
(Considering the air stone of course)

1700
After Hospital, bubble is slower, bout 2bps.
Its 12hrs ongoing.. lets see how far this one go.

Came Back from hospital...
its rescaping nite for me and the bubble is never better ...

Ok, memandang MumuPipet adalah budak baru belajar.
tidak malu untuk aku taruk semua kegagalan ku disini.
disini akan di update (Biarpun dimasa akan dtg) seluruh
perjalanan DiAiWai Co2 ku... sehingga stabil dan mencapai
formula optimum.

Percubaan kedua
100ml gula
5-7gm yeast (Basically separuh bungkus)

2000 start! Mixed and biar matang tanpa ditutup dulu
2015 duk tak duk kena gi klinik la plak!!
2130 balik check, didapati dah penuh dah tanki tu ngan buih
2200 bersihkan buih yg mencanak naik tu ngan roll botol tu sndiri

0000 sambungkan ngan tiub, bubble moderate.
0200 bubble masih di tahap sama, buih terhasil tapi setengah

1140 bubble banyak lagi,
air nampak clear.

1940 air nampak kelabu sikit, bubble dah 1bps

0700 air dah tak kelabu lagi,
bubble dah abis terus. Kalau goncang baru keluar.

consider gone!
so CO2 conclusion this time would be:
100ml of sugar diluted in 700ml water with 5-7gm of yeast
produce a less then 24 hours bubbling... hek enneeee
sikit nya!! bukan patutnya seminggu ka!!?

Co2Accident No 1

...how i wish there will be no Number 2.

semalam dok tulih kata pokok ni makin kunin,
so sebagai jawapan kepada hal tersebut maka
Pet pun mengambil langkah besar dalam
membikin CO2 generator.

The Material
1) 200ml gula dilarutkan secawan air panas.
( Pet guna botol susu baby utk measurement ini hahahah)
2)Yeast sebungkus. 11 gm kot.

The Method
1) gula yg dah dilarutkan tu dimasukkan ke dlm
botol 1.5l. Pet gi isi plak air suhu bilik sampai 1 liter.
(Silap besar disini)
2) tuangkan jer yeast tu tadi, n shake em baby!!
by this time, u can see the mixture producing lots
of bubble on the surface. This is CO2

The Air Line.......adalah seperti gambar.
1) tebuk jer tudung ni ngan dawai yg panas n cucuk
talian udara tu ke dlm. katanya better guna silicone
glue utk mengedap-udarakan.. Tp mahal la plak...
Pet pakai UHU jer!! (Gagal lagi disini)

2) Yang lain nyer sama jer macam nak set bebuli udara
dlm akuarium primitif anda :D
The Crash
alamak beb, dah siap.. skali syok tengok bebuli udara
tu mengganas bagai johan. apa lagi Pet biarkan la kan.
Gi layan DVD seround.. gi tgk balik skali suma air dlm
akuarium tu jadi kelabu!! tgk 'GasTank' kita tadi...
bubble yg kat permukaan yeast tadi sudah penuh sampai
tudung!! the whole thing dah masuk dlm akuarium Pet!!
beb!! tukar air utk 80liter akuarium tengah malam tak
indah woo!! nak kena reset everything!!
back to step one.adeh laaaaa..

The Mistake
1) Larutan yeast tu patut nya kena biarkan stabil
kejap dalam separuh hari dulu, then baru buleh
sambung ke talian udara.. tapi disitu jangan silap!!
nak biarkan stabil tu jangan gi tutup plak tudung
tu beb!! serious meletup!!

2) Larutan yeast tu patutnya kena buat separuh
botol jer, supaya kalau nak bubble pun, tak der la
sampai penuh ke atas.

3) kena ada secondary bottle kalau nak selamat.
gambar seperti dibawah.
4) Katanya bila kesan yeast tu dah abih, konon nya
yeast akan menyedut air kedalam 'Tank' kita.
so sila pasang ok..
(Checker valve ni macam one way road lah..
tak benarkan reverse)
